Meet the CTS 4.0 Series, your ultimate solution for seamless compliance with EN IEC 61000-3-2 (Harmonics), EN IEC 61000-3-3 (Flicker), and various EN IEC 61000-4 AC and DC immunity tests.  Designed for efficiency and reliability, this turn-key system ensures your products meet the highest standards.  It includes an AC power source, a power analysis conditioning system (PACS), and a PC-based data acquisition system, compliant with IEC 61000-4-7.  The Windows™-based CTS software performs IEC tests and generates detailed reports, with test data stored on disk for post-test analysis.

The IEC Compliance Test Systems - CTS Series implements several EMC-conducted emissions and immunity standards and provides a software-only upgrade path for future standard changes.

EN 61000-3-2 Harmonics

Full compliance testing for single-phase and three-phase current harmonics emissions of class A, B, C, and D products is supported. Supports IEC 61000-3-2:2018 + AMD1:2020 CSV.

EN 61000-3-3 Flicker

Displays Flicker PST & PLT results in real-time, eliminating the need to wait for test completion to determine if the EUT passed or failed. Supports both programmable and lumped reference impedance methods for flicker testing, in accordance with IEC 61000-3-3:2013/AMD2:2021 CSV.

EN 61000-4-11 Voltage Dips, Interruptions, and Variations

Offers pre-compliance Voltage Dips and Interruptions on most CTS systems. For full compliance, add the Electronic Output Switch (option -EOS1 or -EOS3) to any iX-based IEC Compliance Test System. Supports IEC 61000-4-11:2004-03."

EN 61000-4-13 Harmonics and Interharmonics

Supports testing to the EN 61000-4-13 Interharmonics standard on all iX Series-based CTS systems with the -413 option. Complies with IEC 61000-4-13:2009-05.

Other EN 61000-4 Immunity Tests

Supports additional immunity test standards on all iX-based IEC Compliance Test Systems.

Configurations

Available in both single-phase (3000 VA to 5000 VA) and three-phase (15 kVA or 18.5 A per phase at 230 V) configurations.  Single-phase 5001iX-CTS systems can be upgraded to three-phase if needed.  Measurement-only versions (100-CTS and 300-CTS) can be added to an existing California Instruments power source.
