With respect to the European Union Directive 2011/65/EU (Restriction of Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS)), AMETEK Programmable Power equipment is classified under Annex I, Category 9 "Industrial Monitoring and Control Instruments", and is therefore, in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 3 of the RoHS directive, outside the scope of the RoHS directive until July 22, 2017.
