Magnet Drive

Magnetic Drive
In a typical magnetic drive application, where the programmable power supply works as a current source in constant current mode, stability is highly desired. Stability specifies the long-term drift of output voltage and current and relates to the repeatability of the power supply's output voltage or current set-point accuracy. What the user really wants is to control the DC output current precisely regarding the set-point value in order for the magnet to return to the exact magnetic flux value.
